>From the workshop at XMLPrague 2016 and the discussion during the F2F day 2 on
Bug 29467 we assessed that it was very desirable to have the possibility to
switch OFF streaming for xsl:stream. The current means to do so are cumbersome
to do implementation-independent way, or are at API level.
