Bug ID: 29793
Summary: [xslt30] stripping of type annotations on
xsl:source-document
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
Version: Candidate Recommendation
Hardware: PC
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: XSLT 3.0
Assignee: mike@saxonica.com
Reporter: mike@saxonica.com
QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org
Target Milestone: ---
We say that the strip-type-annotations attribute applies to documents read
using xsl:stream/xsl:source-document.
This doesn't seem to make much sense given that this instruction has a
validation attribute, allowing you to specify, for example
<xsl:source-document validation="strict"/>
