https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=29152 Bug ID: 29152 Summary: [xslt30] Editorial ambiguity in 26.2 (disable-output-escaping) Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT Version: Last Call drafts Hardware: PC OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XSLT 3.0 Assignee: mike@saxonica.com Reporter: mike@saxonica.com QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org Target Milestone: --- Section 26.2 says This feature requires an extension to the serializer described in [XSLT and XQuery Serialization]. The intended reading is "the serializer described in [XSLT and XQuery Serialization]" not "an extension ... described in [XSLT and XQuery Serialization]" The reader who follows the link to the serialisation spec looking for a description of the extension will be disappointed. The simplest fix is perhaps to change the sentence to read: This feature requires that the serializer described in [XSLT and XQuery Serialization] be extended as follows. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug.
