The QT3toXSLT3converter.xsl stylesheet (in the QT3/tools directory) has been
updated to correct these issues. A test (xslt3-catalog/catalog-001) is also
added to the converted test suite which checks the test catalog is valid
against the schema.
An updated version of the converted QT3 test suite has been committed to the
XSLT3 test suite (in the admin/qt3-converted-tests directory).
