            Bug ID: 28365
           Summary: [XT30] higher-order-functions-69 test on function-name
depends on namespace prefix, but this is
                    implementation defined
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Last Call drafts
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSLT 3.0 Test Suite
          Assignee: abel.online@xs4all.nl
          Reporter: abel.braaksma@xs4all.nl
        QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org

As in the bug title. function-name(floor#1) may return "floor", "fn:floor" or
"ns3:floor" or any other namespace prefix.

The spec says in 15.1.2: "The prefix part of the returned QName is
·implementation dependent·."
