In sections 2.1, 2.2.1, 2.3, and E.1 
all occurrences of the word "RangeExpr"
(and in 2.1, one erroneous occurrence of "RangeExp")
should be changed to "StringConcatExpr".

(The element name xqxft:ftRangeExpr can stay as is,
it'll just be a bit confusing.)
