As in the title. These features are missing in the dependency/feature element.

Proposed feature names, self-explanatory:
- dynamic_evaluation
- xquery_invocation
- serialization

Note that the serialization feature is currently omnipresent. Whether or not we
should fix all tests that require serialization, I do not know. For now, I
leave it as is.
