Under 6.8.4 Built-in Templates: Deep Skip and 6.8.5 Built-in Templates: Shallow
Skip, there is no explicit template rule that shows how deep-skip and
shallow-skip work. 

The other built-in template rules do have such templates, which makes it easier
to understand the corner cases.
