In section 5.5 of the 3.1 specification at
http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-functions-31, the character "a umlaut" in "Jäger" is
incorrectly rendered as "square root, section sign" in my browser. It is
correctly rendered in the 3.0 version of the spec.
