F+O 3.1 intended to delete the text specifying dayTimeDuration and
yearMonthDuration and replace it with a reference to XSD 1.1, but this went
wrong for some reason and the text still appears - including the Note that
refers to XSD 1.1 as something that might happen in the future (section 8.1)
