The general policy is not to provide an alternative result for such tests, but
rather to document the dependency of the test on optional features, so that a
product which does not support the feature does not run the test. In many of
these cases (those I checked) there is no explicit dependency on
schema-awareness (arguably there should be), but there is an implicit
dependency in that the environment contains a <schema> element.
