https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=21181 Bug ID: 21181 Summary: [XT20] Error code request Classification: Unclassified Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT Version: Candidate Recommendation Hardware: PC OS: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XSLT 2.0 Assignee: mike@saxonica.com Reporter: tim@cbcl.co.uk QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org The specification states: "The href attribute is optional. The default value is the zero-length string. The effective value of the attribute must be a URI Reference, which may be absolute or relative. There may be implementation-defined restrictions on the form of absolute URI that may be used, but the implementation is not required to enforce any restrictions.
