The following dependency appears a the beginning of CastableExpr.xml, applying
to all of its test cases:

<dependency type="feature" value="schemaImport"/>

Most test cases are of the following form:

xs:untypedAtomic("INF") castable as xs:untypedAtomic

This dependency seems to be applied in an overly broad manner.
