At the joint teleconference of the XQuery and XSL working groups of 24 May
2011, the working groups decided to adopt your first proposal - to change error
message SEPM0010 to read:
"It is an error if the output method is xml or xhtml, the value of the
undeclare-prefixes parameter is yes, and the value of the version parameter is
1.0."
This will be published as erratum SE.E19.
Gabriel, if you agree with this resolution, may I ask you to close the bug
report?
