what you say in the sentence above might be true.

Could  you please point us in the legal text that says that all static errors
interchangeable  ?

Sorry, we are not very sophisticated (we are simple nerds). 
We only implement and test what's written.

For us, if it's not written, it doesn't exist and is not true.
