http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=13680 Summary: [XQuery 3.0] Duplicate variable names in window clause Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT Version: Working drafts Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XQuery 3.0 AssignedTo: jonathan.robie@gmail.com ReportedBy: mike@saxonica.com QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org In section 3.9.4 we read in bullet 3 "Its type is xs:integer, and its expanded QName must be distinct from the expanded QName of start-item [err:XQST0089].", and then in bullet 7 the same for the end-item. Then at the end we read "All variables in a window clause must have distinct names; otherwise a static error is raised [err:XQST0103]." The statements in bullets 3 and 7 appear to describe a redundant rule and an inconsistent error code. -- Configure bugmail: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
