It seems that we had the following (uncommented) line in our test runner, when
loading schemas:
if (id != "examplesxsd")
I assume that when this file was originally checked in it must have conflicted
with another schema. Whatever the reason for it the bug was ours and not in
the test suite so I am marking it RESOLVED INVALID.
