We have (finally) fixed the problem (more accurately, we will fix it some time today) by posting the most recent XQuery 1.1 Use Case queries at http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-xquery-11-use-cases-20080327/xquery-use-case-queries.txt, http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-xquery-11-use-cases-20080711/xquery-use-case-queries.txt, and http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-xquery-11-use-cases-20081203/xquery-use-case-queries.txt and by posting the most recent XQuery 1.1 example queries at http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-xquery-11-use-cases-20080327/xquery-wd-queries.txt (Actually, the last URI does not seem to be working right now, but we expect it to be fixed later today.)
