Section 1 of the XPath 2.1 internal draft defines the terms "XQuery 1.0
processor" and "XQuery 1.1 processor", but never uses them.

The term "XPath 2.1 processor" is used in section 2.3.2 and A.2.3, and the term
"XPath 2.0 processor" is used in section I.1, but neither term is defined.
