The Trivial XML Embedding Feature was dropped during the XQuery 1.0 Candidate
Recommendation review period.

The tests trivial-1 through trivial-4 were dropped after the publication of
XQTS 1.0.2.

We've made a large number of changes since XQTS 1.0.2. I suggest that you work
from our CVS archive. You can also use
http://www.w3.org/XML/Query/test-suite/XQTS_current.zip, which was last updated
on May 4.

Please close this bug if you agree with this resolution of your issue.
