The DTD of XQTSCatalog.xml contains the following entry:

<!ATTLIST input-query date ( 2006-02-09 | 2006-02-10 ) #REQUIRED >

an enumerated value must contain Name tokens, and so this is not a valid XML
1.0 DTD.
