Summary: [UPD] Initializing expression must be a simple
expression
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
Version: Candidate Recommendation
Platform: All
OS/Version: Windows XP
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Update Facility
AssignedTo: andrew.eisenberg@us.ibm.com
ReportedBy: chamberl@almaden.ibm.com
QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org
The Update Facility specification should state that the expression on the
right-hand side of a variable declaration must be a simple expression.
Violation of this rule should raise err:XUST0001. The right place for this rule
should probably be in Section 2.2, Extensions to the Prolog.
