If this is passed, then anything goes, and so Zhen Hua Liu's suggestion becomes "reasonable" (in a Newspeak kind of way). I propose we simply rename XSLT 2.0 as XSLT 1.0, in the same spirit. That way, noone will have to remember version numbers anymore.
