Clicking on either of the 2 links in either FF 2.0.0.13 or IE 7 results in the following empty HTML document: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD> <BODY><PRE></PRE></BODY></HTML> When I do a "Save As" for either of the links in either browser, I get a zero-byte text file.
