http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=3059 Summary: Reference to RFC 3023 needs revision Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT Version: Candidate Recommendation Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XSLT 2.0 AssignedTo: mike@saxonica.com ReportedBy: cmsmcq@w3.org QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org The Other References of XSLT 2.0 (http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt20/#other-references) include a refererence to RFC 3023. RFC 3023 was published in January 2001, and while I do not find an expiration date in the text, it is subject to obsolescence and replacement by a newer RFC, and indeed there are reports that a new version of the RFC is in preparation. I think the reference should be changed to specify RFC 3023 or its successor(s) on the IETF standards track.
