and the query

("cat" && "cat") occurrences exactly 4

Currently, it returns true. Is this the desired semantics for FTTimes? If yes,
how do we explain it in the language document?

Significant progress was made on this issue at the face-to-face meeting of the
Full-Text Task Force in September, 2005.
