Summary: Some examples give PT0H as a result - canonical form is
                    PT0S
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Last Call drafts
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor

Some examples of functions (e.g. timezone-from-date(xs:date('2000-06-12Z')) )
give an answer of PT0H (I even saw a -PT0H !), whilst the canonical form is PT0S.
