4.14 Extension Expressions

DEv + STA
    "Dynamic Evaluation" before "Static Type Analysis" is odd.

DEv / rule 1
"Some Pragma are recognized"
    s/are/is/

"If none of the pragmas are recognized the dynamic semantics"
    s/are/is/
    Insert comma after "recognized".

"ExtensionExpression"
    Change to "ExtensionExpr".

STA

"corresponding static type errors"
    Delete "static"? ('static error' and 'type error' are distinct.)

"If none of the pragmas are recognized, the static semantics"
    s/are/is/
