4.12 Expressions on SequenceTypes

"expressions whose semantics depends on the type of some of the
sub-expressions to which they are applied."
    That would include more than just expressions on SequenceTypes.
    E.g., arithmetic expressions.

"The syntax of SequenceType expressions is described in
[3.5.3 SequenceType Syntax]."
    No, the syntax of SequenceTypes is described there.
