4.3.2 Filter Expresssions

Norm
    The two paragraphs are almost identical. I think only the second one
    is appropriate to the subsequent rule, so replace the first.

Norm / rule (1|2)
"[" Numeric "]"
"[" Expr "]"
    Delete the quotes around square brackets.

Norm / rule 1
"Numeric"
    Change to "NumericLiteral"

Norm / rule 2
"if [[ Expr ]]_Predicates then"
    Put IfExpr's condition in parentheses.
