The current template rule should be null in the sequence constructors of 
xsl:key, xsl:sort, xsl:matching-substring and xsl:non-matching-substring.  The 
spec only mentions xsl:for-each, xsl:for-each-group, stylesheet function, 
global variable, and default value of a stylesheet parameter.
