3.2.4 Dynamic evaluation judgment

Example
    I don't think this example, or at least the discussion of it, is
    very enlightening. The explanation just states the obvious, and
    doesn't tell me anything about dynamic evaluation judgments.

"follow a bottom-up recursive structure"

    "bottom-up".
