JSR 101 ( http://www.jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=101 ) for JAX RPC lists some elements from W3C schema as optional such as group, choice. They are being used in XQueryX schema. Not all vendors have implemented optional elements and are still JAX RCP compliant. (IBM WebSphere, BEA Weblogic). Apache Axis does have support for optional elements. Is there plan to remove use of group, choice from the XQueryX schema? Sincerely, Benjamin. _________________________________________________________________ MSN Toolbar provides one-click access to Hotmail from any Web page – FREE download! http://toolbar.msn.com/go/onm00200413ave/direct/01/
