Appendix D lists a number of errors that are never mentioned elsewhere
in
the draft. 

They include FONS0002, FORG0006, FOTY0001, FOTY0013, FOTY0014, FODC0002,
and
FODC0003.

I would recommend either removing these or adding an explanation of when
they occur.
