SECTION 3.7.1.1: Attributes

Second para, last setence: "All the attribute nodes ... must 
have distinct names".  More precisely, they must have distinct
expanded QNames, as explained in section 5.3 of "Namespaces
in XML" or section 6.3 of "Namespaces in XML 1.1".
