IBM-DM-004: Mapping of xs:anyType and xs:anySimpleType

Data Model Section 3.3.1 (Mapping PSVI Additions to Types): This section 
needs to specify how the type xs:anyType in the PSVI is mapped into 
xdt:untyped in the Data Model, and xs:anySimpleType in the PSVI is mapped 
into xdt:untypedAtomic in the Data Model.
