Data Model Section 6.1.1 (Document Nodes--Overview), last paragraph talks 
about "Implementations that support DTD processing and access to the 
unparsed entity accessors". This seems to imply two optional features. Can 
an implementation choose whether or not to support or not support "DTD 
processing" and "unparsed entity accessors"? Should these items be added 
to our list of optional features?
