IBM-DM-028: Incomplete definition of "fragment"

Data Model Appendix C (Glossary): The definition of "fragment" reads, in 
its entirely, as follows: "A tree whose root node is some other kind of 
node is referred to as a fragment." This definition does not stand by 
itself.  "Some other kind of node" should be changed to "not a document 
node".
