ORA-FO-FUNCTION-RETURN-TYPES 2.5, 2.6 fn:base-uri and fn:document-uri

*Functions and Operators, Section 2.5, 2.6 *fn:base-uri and 
fn:document-uri return xs:string.

But the text says "Returns the value of the base-uri property for 
$srcval as defined by the accessor function dm:base-uri [see Data Model].

The Data Model (4.1.1 base-uri Accessor) says the dm:base-uri accessor 
returns xs:anyURI type.
