RE: ORA-FO-DEFAULT-NAMESPACE 10.1.1.2 Examples

The default namespace always has an empty prefix. If the prefix is "eg" then
it is not the default namespace.
 
Have I misunderstood the comment?

element bound to $element has a single namespace node bound to the prefix
eg" 


Could that namespace be the default namespace ?
