XML Query and XSL WGs on break until Sept

After publishing our specifications on Aug 16 the XML Query and XSL
Working Groups are taking a well-disserved rest and will not be meeting
again until the first week in September.  

This may delay responses from WG members to your comments on the new
Working Drafts.  Please be patient.
