GSoC 2013 - JSON-LD project

Hi,

I am a 4th year student of Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science and
Engineering) and is willing to take up JSON-LD project during GSoC 2013. I
have talked to my mentor, Mr. Manu Sporny and he asked me to draw up a
rough draft application.

I have managed to write a draft application and would like to have
feedbacks from community.
