Is the W3C Semantic Data Extractor Broken?

All validated URL's tested now produce this error message:

Using org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser
Exception net.sf.saxon.trans.XPathException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException:
White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.
