Well, OpenSP 1.5.1 certainly doesn't support -R on Win32 very well,
OpenSP 1.5.2 would probably do a better job and indeed, the document
should be updated to refer to OpenSP 1.5.2 in CVS. HEAD does not
support -R on Win32 as S::P::O doesn't have magic yet to make this
work with tmp files.
