Hi y’all,

As discussed during today’s meeting, I’m in grad school at Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.

Last term I took Data-driven Government. Enclosed is an action policy memo I wrote for class. Previously I shared it with Wendy & Tzviya. I think it has potential for the W3C, to obtain input from other parts of the globe.

We still have issues of time zones, language, access, and culture, but if we never try we never progress.
