A question/comment regarding translations - the PWE call minutes state I have offered Russian translation, which I don't think I did! I _may be able_ to do this (this is still a big _maybe_ because many concepts defined in the CEPC are cultural and not purely linguistic - translating a text that specifies cultural norms into a different language that is used in a geographical region with different cultural norms isn't easy and straightforward. At least for now, I would like to make sure that this erroneous claim that I offered Russian translation is corrected.
