[a11y] January schedule for accessibility task force meetings

Dear all,

 

The accessibility task force meetings for PMWG and Publishing CG for January
2026 have got on a different track which is leading to confusion.

We have PMWG accessibility task force meeting on first and third Thursdays
of the month, but first Thursday was on January 1, during holidays time. So,
I moved the Jan 1 meeting, and it resulted in overlapping calendar entries
(of PMWG A11Y and Publishing CG a11y) in calendars of the participants.

I am sorry for causing this confusion.

The schedule of January 2026 is:

Jan 8: PMWG a11y (it is joint task force of PMWG and Publishing CG)

Jan 15: Publishing CG a11y

Jan 22: PMWG a11y

Jan 29: Publishing CG a11y

The calendar entries are appropriate in February 2026. 

I have corrected PMWG a11y calendar entry. You would have received the
notification.

I will send Publishing a11y correct calendar with agenda email of the
tomorrow's meeting.
