Here’s one, Garth. Largely lifted from the EPUB Test Suite 100. Note that you will see a lot of warnings from EPUBCheck, such as: WARNING(ACC-009): ./Tiny-MathML.epub/OPS/xhtml/content-mathml-001.xhtml(61,14): MathML should either have an 'alttext' attribute or 'annotation-xml' child element. So the content needs to be updated.
