Publishing repository set up

Hi all,

as agreed yesterday, I have set up a public GitHub repository:

I have also placed the business document into the repository at

https://github.com/w3c/pub-bg/blob/master/docs/EPUB4_business_case.html <https://github.com/w3c/pub-bg/blob/master/docs/EPUB4_business_case.html>

The setup of the repository is such that all HTML files can be served as a real HTML for a client, ie, can be read as a usual Web page. Eg, the file above can be read at:

https://w3c.github.io/pub-bg/docs/EPUB4_business_case.html <https://w3c.github.io/pub-bg/docs/EPUB4_business_case.html>

All members from the Steering Committee have read/write/admin rights on the repository. More exactly, I have received the necessary ids, or I knew from before, the following persons: BillK, Garth, Graham, Rick Tzviya, and the necessary invitation has been sent by the system to George and Paul (you have to 'accept' those invitation). For the other members of the SC, I can add you as soon as I receive your github account name (that is all I need).
