As discussed in prior meetings, while I am happy to still be involved, I will not be going forward as co-chair of this group.  With the successful completion of the agreement, the task I assumed as my focus when I became co-chair is done.  Additionally, as VitalSource is no longer a W3C member I do not believe I should maintain that position.

Agenda item #1 will be to identify a new chair, or new co-chairs.
